Dance House Lemesos officially opened in September 2007. It is the first space devoted to the development of professional contemporary dance in Cyprus. It is committed to the support, promotion and development of the work of dance artists and has recently become an affiliated member of the European Dancehouse Network.

Dance House Lemesos has become a meeting point for local and international artists of dance and performance, a space for creativity and exchange, research and practice, development and innovation.

The main areas of focus for Dance House Lemesos include; education, professional training, residencies and co-productions,performances and presentations, promotional services and partnerships with Cypriot, European and international dance institutions and networks.
